Culligan Timer Settings and Manuals. I want to say that Jeff is a true asset to your company. His interest in helping me find the problem shows me that he cares about people and their problems, something that is lacking in many service related businesses. Hi, I just purchased a house with a Culligan Mark 812 Water Conditioner. The conditoner was put in about 13 years ago. It doesn't seem to be doing much to condition the water as soap doesn't lather good and there is a strong iron smell to the water. Culligan 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your Culligan product for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, Culligan will remove the product and refund the purchase price.
